How To Play Bounce Champions
Controller & Keyboard Guide
Everything here runs off a single mouse, and that's really the whole point. Click to drop your bouncy balls, aim them into the crowd of monsters below, and watch the chaos unfold as they ricochet off walls and enemies alike. There's no combo string to memorize, no keyboard shortcuts to fumble through mid-fight. You're mostly making quick calls about where to drop the next ball and which upgrade card to grab between waves, so the mouse is doing all the heavy lifting while your brain handles the strategy side.
The setup borrows a bit from old-school arcade physics toys, then bolts on an RPG skeleton and a roguelite card system on top. Your hero, crossbow slung over one shoulder, wades through waves of beasts and empire soldiers while the balls dropped by dead enemies pile up into something you can merge for bigger payoffs. There's a loose story rattling around underneath it all, something about treasure and ancient monsters and a corrupt regime worth toppling, but honestly the plot takes a back seat to the satisfying clatter of balls bouncing through a screen full of enemies. It's less about lore and more about that steady dopamine drip of numbers going up.
Standout Features
- Idle progression that keeps your hero grinding away even when your attention drifts, so downtime never feels wasted.
- A merge-and-drop puzzle layer where combining bouncy balls unlocks stronger effects and cracks open buried loot.
- Card-based power-ups between waves, three choices each round, letting you shape a build on the fly rather than following one fixed path.
- Wave after wave of monsters and empire troops that scale up, keeping the difficulty curve from ever going flat.
- A crossbow-and-ball combat loop that mixes twitchy aiming with the laid-back pacing of an idle game.
- Roguelite randomness baked into every run, so no two sessions play out quite the same way.
